Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number W9124P-09-T-0020 is being issued as a request for quote. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for small business; NAICS code 541512, size standard $25,000,000, and is restricted to vendors within a forty (40) mile radius of Redstone Arsenal, AL. The US Army Contracting Command, AMCOM Contracting Center is soliciting quotes for the purchase of one (1) Audio/Video System that will integrate multiple sources to multiple displays with the inclusion of a Video Teleconferencing System, which will all be integrated into a single control environment for the WDI 7120 conference room. For a full copy of requirements, refer to attachment labeled Video Specs 1. For additional information contact the undersigned. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Provision 52.209-2, Prohibition on Contracting with Inverted Domestic Corporations Representation, Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, and Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial items apply to this acquisition. Include with your quote a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, Clause 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions, and Clause 252.211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation, are applicable to this acquisition.
