THIS SOLICITATION INCORPORATES PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 05-35. THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR PART 36, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.**********This is a solicitation to complete minor rehabilitations to two rooms in two buildings on Sector San Francisco’s Yerba Buena Island Base. Contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and incidentals to this project. This acquisition is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 and the applicable size standard is $14 million.
