- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00681-09-T-0125 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $13 Million. Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, has a requirement for the following: Fabrication and Installation of (6) Hydraulic Door Assemblies to be installed at the Base Recycling Center Bldg 22054. See attached Statement of Work for detailed description of requirement. A one time site visit is scheduled for July 29, 2009 at 9:00 AM PST. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Past Performance, Technical capability of the item quoted to meet the Government requirement, and Price. Quoters responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quote. Quoters should also provide their Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) to submit quotes and be eligible for award- no exceptions. For information on registering with the CCR, visit www.ccr.gov.
