- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, QUANTITY, AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CCR, ORCA REQUIREMENTS This is a presolicitation notice to provide various electrical circuits and wiring for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This procurement is a best value Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 423610. The small business size standard is 100 employees. Required items are commercial in nature; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, will apply to this acquisition, and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. Required delivery time is 30 days ARO. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on or about July 23, 2009. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice. Any questions regarding this notice should be directed to Suzanne A.
