- ATTACHMENT J ATTACHMENT I ATTACHMENT H ATTACHMENT G ATTACHMENT F-2 ATTACHMENT F-1 ATTACHMENT E ATTACHMENT D ATTACHMENT C ATTACHMENT B ATTACHMENT A Solicitation QMAE-BB-091006-N The General Services Administration (GSA) is a mandatory source for vehicles under the Federal Property Management Regulation (FPMR) 101-26.501 that purchases about 60,000 new model year non-tactical vehicles for Federal Executive Agencies and the Department of Defense (DOD) annually. GSA will issue a Request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of various types and sizes of light, medium, and heavy wreckers with hydraulic underlift and carriers (rollbacks) with hydraulic underlift to be furnished IAW revised Federal Purchase Descriptions dated July 1, 2009 which can be found at http://apps.fss.gsa.gov/vehiclestandards/. The contract type will be a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The period of performance consists of one (1) Base Year with four (1)Year options. This procurement is not a Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. However all qualified Small Business concerns are encouraged to submit offers. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336211 and the size standard to be considered a Small Business is 1000 employees or less. Anticipated Evaluation Factors are: Technical Capability, Management Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Prospective Offerors: 1. Prospective offerors are required to obtain a user name and password for GSA's secure on-line proposal application (AutoBid). User name and password may be obtained by submitting the solicitation number, company's name, DUNS number, address, business size, user's name, telephone number, fax, email and proposed make and models by to automotiveedi.partnerships@gsa.gov. Account information will be provided within ten business days of your request. Please request user name and password as soon as possible to avoid delays. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) is required. AutoBid will not be available until the solicitation opens. 2. Registration in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) is required. www.ccr.gov. 3. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is July 23, 2009. Autobid will not be available until the solicitation opens. 4 All announcements or changes to the intended publication date, the solicitation, and any other information concerning this procurement will be conveyed via the FedBizOpps site. 5. NOTE: This acquisition was previously synopsized as Solicitation number QMAE-BB-091339-N but now has been changed to QMAE-BB-091006-N.
