Description

The Bureau of Engraving & Printing intends to procure the following repair part from The Janden Co. The Janden Co is the only distributor for the manufacturer, (Advanced Graphics Equipment). Advanced Graphics Equipment is the only know source to manufacturer the following repair parts. The descriptions are as follows: 2M032943 BELT, VACUUM, P/N AG03540233C FOR UNIT 2, SAB-5E (22) ROWS OF HOLES, 29" WIDE X 126" LONG, ENDLESS BELT. 2M032944 BELT, VACUUM, P/N AG0350235C FOR UNIT 4, SAB-5E (22) ROWS OF HOLES, 29" WIDE X 84" LONG, ENDLESS BELT 2M032945 BELT, VACUUM, P/N AG0350329C FOR UNIT 8, SAB-5E (26) ROWS OF HOLES, 30. 709" WIDE X 155. 511" LONG, ENDLESS BELT This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Far 6.301 and 13.10601. See numbered notes 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR part 12 and 13.106-3 shall be used.
