Description

The US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Murdo, South Dakota is interested in leasing up to 3,465 rentable square feet of space and 21 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 3,300 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space to 3,465 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries North, Railroad Street; East by Junction of W 2nd St and 5th St; South by Interstate 90; and West by County Road. Preference will be given to first floor space. The lease term will be for a 10-year term and occupancy is required by May 1, 2009. The expression of interest must be received by 5:00 pm April 20, 2009. 1. Building Name and Address; 2. Available square feet, floor location, and rental rate per square foot; 3. Owner’s name and address and written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
