Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Seeks 2,700 SF of Office and Industrial Space in Olivette, MO. The United States Government, U.S. Geological Survey, is seeking to lease approximately 3,000 contiguous, ground level, rentable square feet of office and Industrial space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,700 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) which shall consist of approximately 1100 square feet of office space and 1,600 square feet of industrial space. The lease shall be 20 years; 7 years firm. All prospective buildings/properties must be physically located within, or front the following delineated area: North: Midland Blvd/Dorsett RoadWest: Interstate 270 (I-270)South: Highway 340 (Olive Blvd) East:Interstate 170 (I-170) Other applicable requirements include: Industrial area must be ground level and incorporate a minimum 14' ceiling height and a minimum 10' x 10' overhead door. A minimum 50' turning radius must be provided in front of the overhead door with an approximate total vehicular circulation area of 7,850 maneuverable square feet available for operation of large vehicles and trailers. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Method of rentable space measurement. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. List of building services provided.
