Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Network Contracting Office, Leavenworth, KS, intends to release a sole source, firm fixed-price contract to Lafayette Instrument Company for the following item: software license renewal for the Rehacom Computer Aided Cognitive Rehabilitation Software Program (Product Numbers 64000, 64002, 64003, 64004, 64005, 64006, 64007, 64008, 64009, 64010, 64011, 64012, 64013, 64014, 64015, 64016, 64017, 64019, 64200, 64201, and 64032). This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures IAW FAR 12 and FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for quotes. This is a notice of the Government intent to award.The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423450. All responsible sources who feel they can offer the same product may submit their offer that if received prior to July 30, 2009, will be considered.
