- Magnitude of this project is approximately between $125,000 and $150,000 Annualy. Procurement is for Base year and 4 option years. Procurement is being conducted under full and open competition procedures in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Program. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 562111 with a size standard of $12.5 M. In addition the clause at 52.212-5; Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.232.33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer- Central Contractor Registration. PRICE SHALL INCLUDE FOB DESTINATION CHARGES. All offers should be faxed or emailed to the attention of Elizabeth Coleman-Aguilar, Contract Specialist, at 252-473-2595 or Elizabeth_Coleman_Aguilar@nps.gov. The due date for all quotes is NLT COB 21 August 2009. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available. The Standard Form 18 is available at the website by clicking on the "printer friendly form" link. The remainder of the solicitation (including all pertinent attachments) is available at the site by clicking on the link "clauses and attachments," which is located in the blue box near the middle of the screen. Bidders wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov.
