Description
This combined sources sought/synopsis announcement issued by the US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) at Hoffman II, Alexandria, VA on behalf of the U.S. Army Information Technology Agency, to procure Core Impact and LANsurveyor software maintenance using 100% HUBZone small business set-aside procedures in NAICS code 511210 with a size standard of $25M. If at least two responsible qualified HUBZone small business concerns are determined by the Government to be capable of performing this requirement based on an evaluation of the capability packages, the requirement will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for qualified HUBZone small business concerns. If two or more qualified HUBZone small businesses are not found capable, this requirement will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19. Only qualified HUBZone small businesses are to submit capability packages by 5pm ET, 31 July 2009, NO EXCEPTIONS. The capability package for this announcement is not expected to be a proposal, but rather statements regarding the companys existing experience in relation to the areas specified in the PWS. Capability packages must not exceed one (1) page and must be submitted electronically. Qualified HUBZone small businesses are to outline their experience in providing software maintenance support (LANsurveyor and/or Core Impact only). To assist us in maintaining a list of interested qualified HUBZone small businesses for this procurement, please provide your companys name, point of contact (POC), address, phone number, and business size under the above NAICS code to the POC for this procurement (Hillari Hawkins). A Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The anticipated period of performance will be 29 September 2009 28 September 2010. The place of performance will be Rosslyn, VA. Contractor personnel will not require a current clearance. A written Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 1 August 2009. The RFQ must be retrieved and downloaded from the Governments point of entry on FedBizOpps.Gov at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the RFQ will be issued; all amendments will be posted and must be retrieved from this website. Responses to the RFQ must be submitted by email to the POC identified below.
