Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron located at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a Sole Source contract to True Colors International, 3605 W MacArthur BLVD STE 702, Santa Ana, CA. 72704-6845 for the purchase of "Personality On-Line Assessment" for the Human Resource Management School. This requirement will consist of a 12 month base period 1 Aug 2009 - 31 Jul 2010 and consecutive option years beginning 1 Aug 2010 - 31 Jul 2014. This requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This will be a firm, fixed price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, if there are other businesses that can satisfy this requirement, they must respond to this notice with supporting documentation of their capabilities before 1:00 pm CST on 28 Jul 2009. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
