Description

CONSTRUCTION- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS WEBSITE (www.fbo.gov), IN APPROX. 2 DAYS. THE SOLICITATION WILL HAVE THE SCOPE OF WORK AND DRAWINGS. This project includes reconstructing the interior of duplex #218 located in Austin, NV due to fire/smoke damage. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition and smoke damage mitigation, replacement of insulation and sheetrock, painting and finishing of interior, furnishing and installation of new doors, windows, cabinetry, appliances, flooring, and electrical system. Bid options include replacement of concrete sidewalk, and replacement of all windows for the damaged unit. The project is located in the Austin Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Lander County, Nevada, in Section 18, T 19 N, R 44 E. It is located approximately 110 miles from Fallon, NV. The project may be accessed from US 50. Prebid Scheduled for Tuesday August 11, 2009 @ 1300. Prebid Location Austin Ranger District Office, 100 Midas Canyon Road, Austin, NV 89310. Estimated Start Date is weather dependent and will start approximately 9/14/2009 and must be completed within 90 days. NAICS code: 236118. Size Standard: $33.5 Million. See numbered note #1.
