Description

The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 200 rentable square feet within the city limits of Pullman, WA. The space should yield between 200-230 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. The esimtated occupancy date for this lease is November 18, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Seismic and Handicapped Accessibility. The site must be located outside the 100-year floodplain. Interested parties should submit pertinent information to: Michael J.
