Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0466 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33, Defense Circular Number 20090715, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. 0001 - ISU-90 I HSC WEAPONS ROOM (Desert sand with alarm). General Specifications: Air transportable both externally or within fixed wing aircraft; NIJ Level IIIA Ballistic protection; Armor plate exterior, forced entry resistant; Single outside armor plate door with high security hasp and padlock; Steel interior dutch door with pass through; Nominal 36" x 84" main and dutch doors; Two 30" fluorescent light fixtures, three bulbs each; 240 VAC single phase power input; Interior mounted load center with 4 branch circuits; Surge protection on service entrance; Interior duplex outlets; Dehumidification system: Humidity controlled shelter for multiple uses; Forkliftable with standard 10,000 lb. fork trucks (72" tines); Interior tie-down rings; Sea transportable with MIL-VAN, flat racks or gondola; 4-Way forkliftable base; Power distribution system; Padlockable weapons racks; Equipment tie-downs; Security alarm system: Passive infrared motion detector; Door alarm switch; Trembler sensor; External tamper proof alarmed warning horn, 100 plus dB; Smoke detector; Battery back up, with user friendly control panel. Dimensions: Exterior: 108"L x 88"W x 95"H; Interior: 92"L x 79.25"W x 85"H. Tare Weight: 6,035 lbs. Gross Weight: 12,000 lbs. Includes: (4) M4 (7-Gun) racks; (2) M4 (6-Gun) racks for total of 40 M4's; (3) Quad racks for M14's; (10) pockets for quad rack M1/M14 quad rack with pockets for total of 10 M14's; (1) M249 (4-Gun) rack for total (4) M249's; (3) 9MM racks; (36) 9MM pockets for 9 MM rack 9MM rack with pockets for total of 30 9MM; (1) Stanley vidmar cabinet & installation kit for factory install. Standard tie down rings. Total of 8 rings in the container, 4 on either side of the center divider. Tie downs will be located in the standard locations, or equal, Qty. 2EA.
