Description
SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to purchase the following from AR-Worldwide: 500 Watt RF Amplifier within the 80-100 MHz band.2000W E Field Generator in the 10 kHz-30 MHz band.Field Monitor and Laser Powered probe kit.Fiber Optic Cable Set This equipment is necessary to compliment and replace existing electromagneticinterference testing equipment. Current use of AR amplifiers, probe kits, andE-field generator in test procedures enhance the need to maintain continuitybetween test efforts of various programs. AR-Worldwide curently supports theSoftware/computer equipment and existing test routines. A Firm-Fixed Price;Commercial type contract under FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. Firms are invitedto submit any literature, brochures, and references necessary to support thatthey possess the capability to provide ALL above equipment. State the name offirm in subject line of e-mail message. Responses must include the following:(1) name and address of firm; (2) size of business: average annual revenue forpast three years and number of employees; (3) ownership: Large, Small, SmallDisadvantaged, 8(a), Woman-Owned; and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned. Theresults of this market research will determine if the acquisition will beset-aside and competed among authorized small businesses that are distributorsof the AR-Worldwide equipment. The applicable North American IndustryClassification System (NAICS) Code is 334515 and the size standard is 500employees. Interested parties are asked to respond to via e-mail to the POCbelow by providing their size status by the date below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses to thisnotice are due NLT 2:00 EST, 27 July 2009.
