- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700109Q00256 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. This solicitation is for 100% small business setaside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423830. Small business size standard is 100 employees. Prices are F.O.B Destination, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. REPAIR CROM TANK MIXER. S/N: 286093, TYPE TR-80-1-33EX-4/30-T205 EX30, VENDOR IS TO COMPLETELY REPAIR MIXER UNIT TO LIKE NEW OPERATING CONDITION. 1. VENDOR IS TO TEAR DOWN MIXER UNIT AND INSPECT ALL PARTS. 2 ALL BAD AND DEFECTIVE PARTS ARE TO BE REPLACED. 3. VENDOR SHALL RE-ASSEMBLY MIXER UNIT, START-UP, AND CHECK FOR PROPER OPERATION. 4. THE MIXER UNIT IS TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE WASTE WATER PLANT (BLDG: FC-446) ABOARD CAMP LEJEUNE.
