Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is a mandatory source for vehicles under the Federal Property Management Regulation (FPMR) 101-26.501 that purchases about 60,000 new model year non-tactical vehicles for Federal Executive Agencies and the Department of Defense (DOD) annually. GSA will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Ambulances IAW Federal Specification for the Star of Life KKK-A-1822F and GSA will solicit ambulances with: •Chevrolet chassis under line items 210.1, 211.1, 213.1, and 215.1 •Dodge Chassis under line items 210.2 and 211.2 •Ford Chassis under line items 210.3, 211.3, 213.2, 215.2 and 216.1 •International Chassis under line item 210.4 The Federal Standards are available at http://apps.fss.gsa.gov/vehiclestandards/. The contract type will be a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The period of performance consists of one(1)Base Year with four(1)Year options. This procurement is not a Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. However all qualified Small Business concerns are encouraged to submit offers. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336112 and the size standard to be considered a Small Business is 1000 employees or less. Anticipated Evaluation Factors are: Technical Capability, Management Capability, Past Performance, and Price.
