Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. A separate written solicitation M67400-09-T-0259 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 16 July 2009. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32 and Defense Acquisition Circular DCN 20090115. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 423440. The Government intends on issuing a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror that represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the government.
