Description

This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract on NSN 1680-01-323-5247, Blanket, Sound Controlling, Aircraft, used on the CH-47 Chinook Helicopter. The item is source controlled to Boeing Helicopter i/a/w drawing 145E4019 Revision F and AMCOM SCD AV145E4019-72 Revision C. Approved source is Fabritech Inc., CAGE 0TLW4, under part number 145E4019-72. First Article Testing and Fit Verification Testing are required. Solicitation is for 217 each to be shipped to Tracy, CA within 380 days After Receipt of Order. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the “C folders” link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is August 03, 2009 with a closing date of September 03, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
