- Model Contract Atch 8 - System Requirements Document (SRD) Atch 7 - List of Clauses to be filled in Atch 6 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Atch 5 - Past Performance Client Authorization Letter Atch 4 - Past Performance Transmittal Letter Atch 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire Atch 2 - Past Performance Information Atch 1- Cross Reference Matrix The 670 Aeronautical Systems Squadron (670 AESS), Battlefield Airmen program office, seeks to acquire and field a Guardian Angel Integrated Oxygen System (GAIOS) that provides the best overall value to meet the pararescueman's need for Mounted Medical Oxygen Systems; Dismounted Medical and Supplemental Oxygen Systems; and Oxygen Generation Systems. This system shall operate in the full range of Personnel Recovery (PR) operations and reduce the logistical and sustainment footprint of current medical and supplemental oxygen systems. The objective for this procurement is for the delivery of specification compliant systems IAW the contract delivery schedule, delivery of the required data items and products, and execution of the associated program support. The Government's initial requirement for GAIOS will include: six (6) prototype systems: 2 Mounted Medical Oxygen Systems; 2 Dismounted Medical and Supplemental Oxygen Systems; and 2 Oxygen Generation Systems. There will also be options for up to 230 Mounted Medical Oxygen Systems, 675 Dismounted Medical and Supplemental Oxygen System production units, and 905 Oxygen Generator Systems, with approved training and sustainment to maintain the availability of all 905 units. Utilizing the Best Value approach, the government will consider innovative or individualized solutions to meeting the system and program requirements. However, the contractor is encouraged to provide representative systems as rapidly as possible. It is anticipated that the contractor will provide the fastest practical schedule. All final technical documents are also now posted to FedBizOpps as of 17 July 2009.
