- DLCO IT Equipment The following effort is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Information Technology Equipment. This will be a Hubzone Small Business Set-Aside for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603. All interested vendors should email their all-or-nothing quote to hq.dlco@us.army.mil not later than 24 July, 2009. Please include the delivery cost in the purchase prices of the items. A GSA schedule quote is preferred, but not required. Each quote must contain all contact information, Cage Code, Tax Identification Number and your best delivery schedule. Ship to will be Arlington, VA.
