Description
RFQ-16-09-03 ITEM 1 includes three tracts on the Carson National Forest and four tracts on the Santa Fe National Forest. Contract time in which to submit appraisal reports will be 45 days after the last typical lot inspection is held with the affected permit holders. Date, time, and location (e.g. Española) of a pre-work, informational meeting will be determined with input from the successful offeror. The total number of appraisal reports is seven – one each for the seven typical lots. ITEM 2 includes two tracts on the Cibola National Forest, one tract on the Gila National Forest, and two tracts on the Lincoln National Forest. Contract time in which to submit appraisal reports will be 45 days after the last typical lot inspection is held with the affected permit holders. Date, time, and location (e.g. Socorro) of a pre-work, informational meeting will be determined with input from the successful offeror. The total number of appraisal reports is five – one each for the five typical lots. ITEM 3 includes all the tracts and typical lots. If one award is made for all the items, the contract time in which to submit appraisal reports will be 90 days after the last typical lot inspection with the affected permit holders. Dates, times, and locations of pre-work, informational meetings will be determined with input from successful offeror. The number of appraisal reports is twelve – one each for the twelve typical lots.
