- Description
- The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete a Scoping Survey and Report, prepare a Type III Work Plan, and complete the repairs identified below to include the transition space requirements for Building 805, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws. The project will modernize both mechanical and electrical systems as well as some interior architectural elements. This work will include: adding a new elevator; removing and replacing interior door assemblies that are not in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA); removing all existing window A/C units and fin tube heaters and replace with a ducted central heating and air conditioning system; replacing the electrical service and all distribution panels; and removing and replacing the existing ceiling and electrical fixtures.
