Description: RFP and Specification The requirements identified herein will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, herein known as PNNL, operated by Battelle Memorial Institute, under Contract No. DE-AC05-76RL0 1830, with the U.S. Department of Energy, requires a high field 700/750 MHz NMR spectrometer system for use at the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL) facility at PNNL.
