Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEDULE 874-1. The purpose of this requirement is to task a contractor to work with Institutes and Centers (ICs) and Office of the Director offices (OD Offices) to support the NIH risk management program, maintain the NIH risk inventory, perform risk assessments and control testing activities across NIH, develop recommendations based on test results, provide reports on risk management activities, and support NIH’s OMB A-123 programmatic and operational responsibilities. Risk assessment activities related to the implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as described in OMB guidance M-09-15 may be required in this contract. The methodology utilized for this task shall be consistent with the tools and processes described in the NIH Risk Management Guidebook.
