Description

Solicitation Package 060-131-09 contains all instructions, forms and references needed to formulate an offer for this solicitation. Route #- 05410 Termini- Burlington P&DF, VT to Swanton, VT Response Deadline- 07/29/2009 @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 09/01/2009 through 03/31/2013 This is a four year, regular, renewable, fixed price contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 8, 2/27/09 and Statement of Work 060-131-09. Prospective offerors will need to take into account all instructions and references in solicitation package 060-131-09 in order to formulate an offer. Offerors will need to open and print the attachment labeled "FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED & RETURNED".
