- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Directorate of Logistics-Washington, Supply Support Division, (DOL-W, SSD) intends to procure a lease for seven (7) trailers/ vans (48 Sheet) and one (1) flatbed (48) for one (1) base year with two (2) option years. The lease must include the following: unlimited mileage; 24-hour emergency roadside service; all scheduled maintenance services/ repairs and inspections (normal Monday-Friday business hours); and part replacements not due to driver error (e.g. tires, brakes, lights, lubricants). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside (NAICS: 532120, size standard $25.5M). Responses to this RFQ must be received via electronic mail or fax by Monday, 20 July no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register with CCR by calling 1-800-334-3414 or register on line at http://www.CCR.gov.
