Description

RECOVERY – R – Purchase Order Notice – HP LaserJet Printers and 3Yr. NBD Onsite Care Service In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub. L 111-5, the U.S. Census Bureau posts this notice FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. In support of Field Operation, the Census Bureau intends to award a competitively Bid Purchase Order under a NASA SEWP contract. This order will include: 12 HP LaserJet 5550DTN Printers, 27/27 ppm and 12 HPE 3YR. NBD Onsite care pack services for 12 Census Regional Offices at an estimated value of $62,000.00. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. This order is Fixed Price and Competitively Bid Purchase Order.
