- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a sole source contract for printed case Reporters that include the published decisions of all of the Boards of Contract Appeals with CCH, Inc, 4025 W. Peterson Ave., Chicago, IL 60646. This Reporter must be a recognized, as official Reporters that is used in case citations by all of the Boards of Contract Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the other federal courts. The contractor shall provide 18 sets of loose-leaf Reporter supplemental pages that include all of the published decisions issued by the Board of Contract Appeals since publication of the last loose-leaf supplemental sets. On a semi-annual basis, the contractor shall provide 18 sets of a hardbound Reporter volume that includes all of the published Board of Contract Appeals decisions that were previously reported in the loose-leaf supplements since the publication of the last hardbound volume. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one (1) year. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication (NLT 18 July 09, 10:00 am) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
