- The purpose of this amendment is to correct an administrative error. The Quote Due Date is amended to July 23, 2009. STATEMENT OF WORK Satellite Radio Multi-Platform Antennas BACKGROUND: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) needs the capability to communicate via satellite communications (SATCOM) between moving vehicles. DTRA needs additional multi-platform SATCOM antennas for their non-military vehicles. OBJECTIVES: The objective of this purchase is to procure twelve (12) multi-platform, magnetic mount antennas meeting DTRA requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Satellite communications antennas Quantity12 ea.
