- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911S709R0019. This is a proposed sole source acquisition to incumbent contractor, Penn Enterprises Incorporated, to provide all management, labor, supervision, transportation for pick-up and delivery services, housekeeping and operating supplies, vehicles, tools, and equipment to operate Government Owned, Contractor Operated (GOCO) facilities at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri for laundry and dry cleaning services. Contractor shall provide above as well as related services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the resultant interim contract. Period of Performance is a six month base commencing no later than 1 September 2009 with a six month option. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812332 with a size standard of $14.0 million.
