- SYNOPSIS: TF39 Fuel Heater Core 1.Estimated Solicitation issue date 27 Jul 09 and estimated closing/response date 27 Aug 09.2.RFP #: SPRTA1-09-R-05613.PR#: FD2030-09-817254.Nomenclature/Noun: Fuel Heater Core5.NSN: 2915-00-111-77726.PN: 156154-47.Application (Engine): TF398.AMC: 3P9.History: Qty: 188ea, AlliedSignal Aerospace, 1986.10.Description: Dimensions: Measures compressor inlet pressure, Width, 4", Width 3", Height 3"11.Award of a 3 year IDIQ is contemplated: Total 3 year BEQ is 37 each; FY2010 22 each; FY2011 8 each; FY2012 7 each; Total contract Max quantity is 56 each.12.Required Delivery: 22 each on or before 31 Jan 2012. 13.Mandatory Language: Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALFICATION. Potential sources are not to utilize intellectual property developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or any third party. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
