Description: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QF0-09-R-0021. The US Army War College, Department of Distance Education has a requirement to provide instructor services for second year studies to provide faculty instruction, evaluation of student work submissions, advising/mentoring and other required support for nonresident students of the Distance Education Program. The period of performance is expected to be 1 September 2009 through 31 August 2010 with four, one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is required that all contractors doing business with the Government be registered with the Central Contractor Registry at website: http://www.ccr.gov. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 611710 and the small business size standard is $7.0M. The evaluation method will be lowest-price, technically acceptable.
