- This posting consitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Paratext, 2806 Flintlock Trace Road, Suite A-204, Austin, TX 78738, for a database subscription to 19th Century Masterfile Series I-V. The award amount is $42,950. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 511199 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement uppon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the d iscretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
