- RECOVERY ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project (IKS00008) Dole ARRA Roof for the Robert J. Dole U.S. Courthouse, 500 State Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractors that are on the Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) contract for the Kansas City area including the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, the city of Columbia, Missouri, and the portion of the State of Missouri west of Columbia. The NAICS Code is 238160 and the size standard is $13,000,000. Estimated cost of construction is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: demolition of existing membrane roof assembly and replacement with a new high performance cool roof assembly on all roof levels. This project will also include a complete tear down of the existing roof to the deck structure and installation of a new roof membrane, sub base, insulation, flashing, counter flashing, roof mats, and other accessories necessary for a complete roof installation in addition to a 22 KW Photovoltaic Array system on a portion of the new roof.
