Description

Notice to Intent to Award The Internal Revenue Service is intending to award to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis Riverfront for Audio-Visual Equipment and Setup Services. The intent of the procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be used. The purchase order will be classified as Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date will be July 16, 2009. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
