Description

The US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Mexico, NY for the Oswego County Office is interested in leasing 1,740 rentable square feet of space and 15 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 1,575 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 1,740 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. The lease term requirement is for a 10 year term. The space must be available for occupancy January 31, 2010. The delineated area is within an area bounded on the North by New York State Route 104B to New York State Route 3 to New York State Route 28; on the East by New York State Route 11; on the South by New York State Route 49; on the West by New York County Route 6. This space must have easy access to primary roads. 1. Building Name and Address; 2. Available square feet, floor location, and rental rate per square foot; 3. Owner’s name and address and written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
