DESCRIPTION: Motor Vehicle Parts Subject requirement is for the acquisition of National Stock Number (NSN) 2590-01-521-9978, Acquisition Method Code (AMC) / Acquisition Method Suffix Code (AMSC) 1G. The Federal Stock Class (FSC) of this requirement is 2590. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 Employees and solicitation will be restricted if other than full & open competition applies. The solicitation will be available on July 29, 2009 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp, hard copies are not available. The delivery schedule and any option quantity will be noted on the Request for Proposal (RFP). FOB Destination is required; Inspection/Acceptance requirements will also be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
