Description
SECTION B (updated) Estimated hoursfor tasks 1 through 5 This Amendment replaces "SECTION B Supplies and Services", extends the due date for prposals to 22 July, 2009 4:00 pm. Eastern standard time. See attachment for new section B and answers to the following questions below: 1. "How many copies of the proposals should be submitted? and/or can we submit electronically? If so, is there a size limit on the transmitted file?" Answer: All proposals shall be submitted electronically. Maximum size is 20 megabytes per each transmisstion. You may send more than one transmission for the same proposal but only one proposal per vendor is requested. 2. :Is the 50-page inclusive of the required "Representations and Certifications" sheets? " Answer: No. 3. "The attachment for the estimated hours has estimate for tasks 1 through 3 only, and missing Tasks 4 and 5. Is this intentional or do you have an addendum that show the estimated hours for Tasks 4 and 5?" Answer: See attachment "Amendment II, SECTION B Supplies and Services" 4. "Since the contract will be a Fixed Price agreement, can we submit All-Inclusive rates for the various classifications?" Answer: Yes. 5. "The website mentions that the Technical Proposal and Price Proposal should be submitted separately. Does this mean that, by the due date, interested companies would submit both of these documents electronically?" Answer: Yes. 6. "My company is registered with the federal government under 4 different DUNS numbers. Do we need to select one to submit for this opportunity? And if so, are there any subcodes (NAICS/SIC, etc.) that we must be registered for in order to ensure full consideration for this opportunity? We are currently registered under NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services) and we just want to make sure this is adequate." Answer: Please read the solicitation carefully. You will need to determine what DUNS# you use. Your DUNS number needs to match exactly your company's name as it is registered in the Central Contractor Registration. No sub codes are required" 7. "This may be a more obvious question, but are proposals expected to be submitted through the FedBizOpps.gov website?" Answer: No, you will need to submit your proposal via email. The mail address is listed in the solicitation.
