- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-09-T-0235 http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the following:This procurement is competitive set aside 100% for Small Business. NAICS: 321920 Size Standard: 500 employees. Line item 0001:Qty: 150 eachHydrophone Packaging (crates) In Accordance with (IAW) Drawing No. 53711-6544995 Rev C and Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery requested 6 weeks or sooner After Receipt of Order (ARO). FOB Destination Line item 0002: Qty: 10 eachTransducer Packaging (crates) In Accordance with (IAW) Drawing No. 53711-6544996 Rev C and Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery requested 3 weeks or sooner After Receipt of Order (ARO). FOB Destination The items being purchased will be manufactured in accordance with Government Drawing Packages. These drawings will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors must be registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the package. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers may be faxed to Phyllis Hoggatt, FAX 812-854-4355 or e-mailed to cran_sap_group@navy.mil. All required information must be received on or before 23-July-2009 COB local time. Offers shall be submitted to: cran_sap_group@navy.mil.
