- description foreign currency The 700 Contracting Squadron at Kaiserslautern intends to award a contract for delivery of 1 ea compact sweeper with onsite personnel training. The contractor shall provide all necessary skilled personnel, tools, parts, material, general and specialized equipment and transportation necessary to perform this contract. The applicalbe American industry Classification System (NAICS) is 337124. this is an unrestricted procurement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and adhere to all local (German) and US regulations. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. the succesfull contractor will be selected using lowest price/technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures and will be evaluated on the total amount of CLIN 0001 contained in the schedule. A formal Solicitation will be issued on or about 14 Aug 2009 on the FBO http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review website frequently for any updates/amendments. All interesed parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. To register in CCR you may visit their website at http://www.ccr.gov. Award will be based on all or none.
