- The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information and planning purposes only. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for any information solicited. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of providing the software support described herein. As a result of this Sources Sought, 6 CONS may issue a Solicitation/Request for Quote (RFQ). However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against 6CONS shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought (e.g., use of such information as either part of its evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement.) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The 6th Contracting Squadron is seeking vendors who can provide the following: Maintenance and technical support for existing Task Management Tool (TMT) used to support USSOCOM HQ and USASOC for a total of 4660 existing software licenses. The support shall, at a minimum, include the following: • Weekly or bi-weekly status calls • Onsite support of 1 week for 2 resources whenever the TMT build is refreshed (2-4 refreshes per year) o Technical resource to assist the customer IT group with deploying the updated TMT build o Functional resource to train on new features and assist with updating the training materials • 1 week every 3-4 months to conduct a technical assessment and tuning of TMT • Bucket of hours to be used for troubleshooting issues - phones, email technical support Interested parties will need to summarize their support capabilities. Such capabilities will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Sources shall include in their information, a detailed capabilities statement stating their experience in providing the same or similar work described in this notice, a point of contact with phone and e-mail information, business status (Socio-Economic Factors: 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business), business size, and a positive statement of interest to submit a proposal.
