Description

FSC 5180 Tool Kits NEGOTIATED FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FSC 5180 – TOOL KITS. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Heartland Global Supply Center intends to establish through negotiations a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract for the period of November 01, 2009 or DOA (whichever is later) through October 31, 2011 with three one-year options. Requirements are for five (5) Tool Kits in the 5180 Federal Supply Class. These NSN’s are part of GSA’s Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination with delivery of 60 days or less and a minimum of $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
