- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The 309th CMXG/MXCJ announces its intention to negotiate and issue a sole source award to upgrade software and hardware on Model 22 Test Stand, S/N 22-02-2072. Requirement consists of new computer with upgraded software/hardware, two day on-site training of procedures, preventative procedures and troubleshooting, and travel/expenses for technician with Cincinnati Control Dynamics, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. All responses should be received by July 20, 2009 10 am, Mountain Standard Time. All responses must be in writing and can be sent via email to cindy.chartier@hill.af.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted.
