- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20090115. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212- 05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 511210. This requirement is for FLAMES Software Maintenance Ren! ewal. Prices shall be provided for the following CLINs listed below: See attached Item Description, FOB Destination. Net 30 Payment Terms. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Proposals are due by 17 July 2009, 5:00 p.m. (local time). Please send proposals via email to harry.simmons@wpafb.af.mil. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations, evaluation of proposals or source selection process and does not diminish the aut! hority of the contracting officer.
