Description

The National Park Service has a requirement for the restoration of exterior components of historic buildings at Richmond National Battlefield Park, Richmond, VA. The project will include repairing and reglazing windows and doors, and painting exterior structures. A firm fixed contract will be awarded. The NAICS code for this project is 238350. The magnitude of this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be issued electronically on the Department of the Interior, (DOI) National Business Center, (NBC) web site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or around July 21, 2009. Interested parties will be able to download and retreive the solicitation package directly from the internet site. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available and telephone or faxed requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered if submitted in a timely manner.
