You may mail or fax your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-B, Joni Swaim Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-9237; email joni.swaim@us.army.mil. NOUN: Actuator Assembly, L, PRON: AX9C0126, NSN: 1560-00-875-1449, PN: 114S2847-1, Quantity: Min 160/ Max 620 each, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe PTU. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery when First Article is applicable is 160 each 360 Days after Contract Award (DACA); required delivery when First Article is not applicable is 160 each 240 DACA; required delivery when Alternate II clause is recommended is 160 each 300 DACA. This is a Hubzone Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than Hubzone concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Hubzone Set-Asides are restricted to Hubzone Business Concerns, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
