- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract for a monochromatic system to Optronics Laboratories under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 15 July 2009. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 334513, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
