Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWCPCD) intends to solicit Acromag, Inc. on a sole source basis to procure five (5) I/O PMC Modules part number: Acromag PMC 730, five (5) 8 Channel Modules part number: Acromag PMC 521, five (5) IP Carrier Boards part number: Acromag AVME9668, and five (5) I/O IP Modules part number: Acromag IP 408. The purchase of Acromag PMCs, their IP carrier boards, and IP Modules match the Navy's current hardware and assures the Navy that all components will work together while meeting the Navy's existing configuration and space constraints. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N61331-09-T-3521. Simplified Acquisition Procedures is the method of award for this procurement. The NAICS code is 334513 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The order shall be firm fixed price with the anticipated award date of July 2009. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Vendors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that defense payment office may not make payment unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CCR database. The NSWCPC has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area. Therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available at https://www.fbo.gov. Vendors should regularly access this web site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments.
